Dating back to the 1830s, this beautiful Grade II listed Georgian ground floor apartment overlooks the Prince Albert gardens situated close to the historic Victorian Pier and Durlston Castle on the south side of Swanage bay.

The living room has a wooden floor, high ceilings and a cosy open fire. Sit back and relax on the window seat and gaze out across the gardens and down to the sea and watch the world pass you by. Bliss! 

On a sunny day you can enjoy your morning coffee whilst sitting in the front garden taking in the sea views.

Conkers is in an excellent position for walking on the downs and up to Pevril Point in 5 mins. The pier, beach and the shops are all within a few minutes. Park the car on the car park below and you can see it from the lounge window. The front garden seating gets the morning sun and the rear patio is sunny in the afternoon right until it sets. Great flat in beautiful Swanage.
