The first floor offers a stylish open plan kitchen/living room, benefiting from a Juliet balcony with sea views, whilst the top floor comprises of a large double bedroom with sea views and en-suite bathroom with separate shower.

3 The Downs is located close to Durlston Country Park, with easy access to the nature reserve and South West Coast Path.  Ideal for those wanting to explore the stunning Jurassic Coast and English countryside.

A 5 minute walk down the road will lead you straight into the town centre, with its interesting collection of independent shops, cafes and restaurants and of course the sandy beach and historic pier. 

Bedrooms: 1) ground floor bunk bedroom with double lower bunk and single on top, there’s also a single pull out bed that can be requested, large wall mounted TV   2) second floor double bedroom with sea views, en-suite with bath and separate shower cubicle

Great property and well set up. Really nice to turn up to fresh milk and choc chip cockles waiting for us. We stayed with our two sons aged 6 and 4. Great holiday cottage as pictured and described, well kitted out and perfect location. Boys loved bunk beds and 3 storey layout. Easy short walk into town so could leave car and get to restaurants, shops, beach etc. Lots of great places within 45 mins drive too - recommend the Tank Museum! Easy to book and great directions and information provided. Would book again. Thanks.
