Situated in the heart of Swanage, this charming 3 story end of terrace offers plenty of choice for families with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Decorated throughout in a welcoming and homely manner, 1 Central Villas makes a great base for exploring the Isle of Purbeck and beyond.

A quick 3 minute walk down the hill takes you straight into town centre with its wonderful mix of galleries, independent retailers and a whole host of cafes, pubs and restaurants. Just a further 2 minutes on foot and you’ll arrive at the beach! A calm and sheltered sandy bay, in the main season you can hire a pedalo, boat and deck chairs. Nearby is an amusement arcade and small funfair for younger children. 

The house itself is located up a quiet, no through road. Downstairs there’s a cosy lounge with open fire, to the rear is a dining room with a small kitchen adjoining. Access the enclosed courtyard garden from double doors leading out from the dining room and enjoy some al fresco dining.

The first floor accommodation consists of a twin plus single bedroom. There are 2 separate bathrooms, one with a small slipper bath and one with a shower cubicle.

The second floor contains the master double bedroom plus an additional single room, both with sea glimpses.

Please note the house is set on a hill. Parking is not permitted outside however you are allowed to pull up outside to off load bags and shopping. Unrestricted parking is available in nearby roads.

Bathrooms: Both on first floor, one with shower, basin and W.C., second with small slipper bath with basin and W.C.
