3 By the Sea is a delightful and spacious one bedroom apartment, located in the heart of Weymouth town centre. Within a short walk you can spend the day at the beach, stop off for a coffee and cake in your choice of independent coffee shops, enjoy a fish and chip supper or even hop on a bus and explore the world famous Jurassic Coast! There is so much to see and do right on your doorstep. 

The property itself has been recently refurbished to an extremely high standard, it is set over 2 floors and combines modern living whilst still feeling comfortable and homely. The entrance hall leads you to a modern and well equipped kitchen next to a handy cloakroom. Follow the hallway to the light and airy living room, made bright by huge sash windows overlooking the street below and offering just a glimpse of the sea! The living room is comfortable and spacious, with high ceilings and smart TV. The property can sleep 4 people with use of the futon in the living room. 

Through a door leading off the hallway is the staircase to the large master bedroom, the bedroom is beautifully decorated with relaxing tones. Double french doors open out to a Juliet balcony, perfect for enjoying a cup of tea on a summers morning. The king size bed can also be made into twin beds on request. The en-suite bathroom is immaculate and beautifully tiled, with large bath and overhead shower.  

The property is accessed via a very well maintained communal hallway and four wide flights of stairs.

Bedroom: Super King size zip and link bed can be made into two standard single beds, wardrobe storage, dressing table, balcony view of street and beach. Can sleep 2 more people on the futon in the living room (please confirm bed make up preference when booking) 

Ensuite bathroom: Bath, shower over bath, W.C, basin and heated towel rail

Kitchen: Modern and well equipped, built in electric oven and integrated microwave, induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/drier

Cloakroom: W.C. and wash hand basin

Living/dining room: One 3 seater sofa, one 3 seater Futon, easy chair, dining table seating four, large Smart flat-screen TV, books. (Please confirm at the time of booking if you wish to bring 4 guests and make use of the sofa bed in the living room)

Linen & towels provided: Please bring your own beach towels
